DMLists LLC was founded in 2012 in DFW, TX. With over 15 years experience in the Moving and Storage Industry we know first-hand the poor quality of leads that have been plaguing the industry . We were determined to change the pre-mover leads industry standard and make it the most accurate, up to date information available. In our 5 short years we have grown from serving just Texas to over 10 different states throughout the US. We take pride in knowing that we are one of the top rated, local pre-mover lead marketing companies with unparalleled lead accuracy.
The DMLists difference
Our vision here at DMLists LLC is to create the most accurate and effective leads and mail pieces available in today's market. Great care is taken with our new pre-movers list to make sure that vacant homes, bank owned homes, etc. are filtered out of the list by an actual employee, so you are only targeting real homeowners that are planning to move. We do not and will not oversell our lead lists. In order to create and build long-term relationships with our clients, we only sell our lead lists to a maximum of 5 companies in any given metropolitan area.
Our targeted mail pieces are custom designed to each clients needs. While other companies charge by the hour DMLists charges a flat price to design all of our mail pieces. What this means for you as a client is you pay one flat price regardless of how many tweeks are needed to create the perfect mail piece that you are 100% satisfied with. Why spend all of your hard earned money on an overpriced hourly design when you don't have to?
Pre-Mover lead lists
The list you receive each week has been cleaned of new construction, bank or investor-owned properties and vacant homes. You will receive your mailing lists every Friday morning. We’re proud that our “undeliverable” rate beats industry standards.
Pending lead lists
Pending lead lists are DMLists newest pre-mover service. You’ll only target prospects that are “in market” right now and about to spend big money on your product/service today.
